Anybody In Malaysia On Biologics?

Thanks for your reply. From the info I have gathered:

(a) P patients who can afford it i.e. of high income, have been taking biologics in Malaysia. I can't remember which one of the few biologics as my derm mentioned he has been administering to 1 of his patient. I didn't ask who. Me derm also gave me feedback that this patient then was taken of the that particular biologic because after a few months, there was too little response for the price he/she paid

(b) I have also heard that deserving cases (I don't know what is classified as a deserving case) can have their case raised to the head of goverment hospitals and be classified as consideration for biologics and they have some budget to administer this. Again with regards to deserving case - I reckon 1 variable (IMHO) will be factored in i.e. your PASI Score (Psoriasis Area Severity Index) must be very high.

Anybody know how to calculate a PASI score?

I heard they are trying that in JB hospital.

Just a longshot - but in case any one has first hand experience taking biologics, please share it here. Which one are you using and how's the experience been?
