Eating Around KL & PJ

Hi,

I'd like to share my opinion on places to eat in PJ/KL which has food that should be psoriasis friendly:

(a) Taman Tun Dr Ismail - Eco Green Organic Cafe @ 125 Jalan Aminuddin Baki. Try the Yong Tau Foo or Soya Sauce chicken set meal. The items are organic based including organic brown rice. Next to the restaurant is the organic mini supermarket where you can also get Soy Yoghurt. I always go for Fruits Of Paradise & Mango + Peach Soy Yoghurt. Price is a bit steep though at RM7 per unit. Tasty nevertheless.

(b) Coutry Farm Organics - One Utama Shopping Complex. I don't eat here that often but there are many dishes on the menu that you can choose from as long as it does not contain nightshades if you are following Dr Pagano's list (eg tomato, capsicum, white potatio, etc) Also watch out for gluten based products if you are experimenting on this route.
