Does anyone know about any good treatments for scalp psorias

i share my personal experience for your reference.
1.I personally find find that early sleep before 11 pm do help my scalp psoriasis improvement.but need a period time than can see a good result.

2.I do find that diet do help.

3.if want fast and temporary result:UNcosis oil apply at scalp for 3 hours (bad smell)

4.olive oil apply at the scalp and wash.

Cod liver oil. I have psoriasis and though it doesn’t totally go away, now it only seems like dry skin, nothing dramatic. Anyway, so I take 8 gelcaps of cod liver oil a day, and the psoriasis is much better. If she’s not already doing something like that, it certainly could help.
