Have any of you guys out there ever experience some sort of nerve-like pain coming out of your body from the inside (which kind of felt like needles going out of your body) when you sneeze or cough hard? Or maybe when you eat some very hot and spicy food? Or under any other conditions?

I had the idea of starting this thread to get the ball rolling with regards to discussing our personal health.



Lately, there has been data coming out from the USA that psoriasis patients are predisposed to:



(a) Encountering heart disease

(b) Shorter life span (reduced by approx 4-5 years from natural years)

(c) Hypertension, diabetes, cancer, depression, obesity and even other immune-related conditions such as Crohn's disease

			<description>In 1997 I had been develop PA(before that suffer psoriasis past 12 years) and consume MTX more than 5 years.

At present I had been successful completely off MTX for past 4 years. And NO more serious stiffness .

All the joint pain within my control :very mild joint pain . Praise God,if reoccurrence also with in a few days will be overcome.:through strong diet control and Bone adjustment and watch out overall health care.

My name is Alvin Wong from Subang Jaya.

Aged 49, was diagnosed as a psoriasis patient some 15 years ago. 



Well, I has it only, thank God, a small patch on my left index finger. It was very itchy and I had gone through a lot of medications and creams,; both atopic &amp; steroid creams but none of these could heal me.



I thank God for only this small patch and I had it completely healed about 9 months ago. Since then I did not have any flare-ups...nothing.
